About the Role

Intellemo.ai is building AI products for marketing and cinematic video generation. We are looking for a hands-on Google Ads Specialist with strong experience in Search campaigns — not a generic performance marketing role. You will manage and improve Google Search campaigns hands-on: improve campaign quality, reduce wasted spend, identify high-intent searches, and acquire relevant users. You should be comfortable going deep into search terms, negative keywords, match types, ad group structure, search intent, ad copy and landing page relevance, conversion quality, and reporting. You should be able to look at a Google Ads account and clearly explain what is working, what is wasting money, and what needs to change. Not a good fit if your main experience is Meta Ads, creatives, reels, boosted posts, or broad digital marketing — or if you rely on automated recommendations without understanding the account. To apply, share one Google Search campaign you improved — what was broken, what you changed, what metric improved, how you review search terms, and any sample report or workflow (if available). Shortlisted candidates may be given a small search terms analysis task.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Google Search campaigns hands-on
  • Review search terms regularly and identify wasted spend
  • Add and refine negative keywords
  • Improve keyword structure and match-type strategy
  • Separate buying intent, research intent, and irrelevant traffic
  • Improve campaign and ad group structure
  • Write and test search ad copies
  • Track conversions, lead quality, and campaign efficiency
  • Identify landing page mismatches and share clear feedback with the product/website team
  • Create simple performance reports with clear insights and next steps
  • Use Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and other tools to monitor performance
  • Use AI tools, scripts, or spreadsheet workflows to speed up campaign analysis where useful
  • Coordinate with internal teams for landing page updates, tracking fixes, and campaign improvements

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience managing Google Search campaigns
  • Strong understanding of search intent and keyword quality
  • Experience with search terms analysis and negative keyword cleanup
  • Ability to structure campaigns and ad groups logically
  • Good understanding of conversion tracking and lead quality
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and campaign data
  • Ability to write clear, simple reports
  • Detail-oriented approach to campaign optimisation
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Good to Have: Experience with SaaS, B2B, software, AI tools, or lead-generation campaigns
  • Good to Have: Experience with high-intent search campaigns
  • Good to Have: Experience using Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar tools
  • Good to Have: Experience using ChatGPT, scripts, or AI workflows for campaign analysis
  • Good to Have: Basic understanding of landing page conversion optimisation
  • Good to Have: Experience working in a startup or fast-moving team
