About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to manage incoming signups/leads (India & International), assist in product onboarding, and ensure a smooth experience for users interacting with Intellemo AI. This role combines customer communication, product understanding, and basic content/video execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage incoming signups/leads (India & International)
- Understand client requirements and assist in onboarding them onto the platform
- Review AI-generated videos and ensure quality output
- If required, create or regenerate videos using the platform
- Share outputs with clients and collect feedback
- Conduct product demos and explain features clearly
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and support
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve user experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and comfortable interacting with global clients
- Basic understanding of AI tools / video creation tools
- Ability to learn product workflows quickly
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Interest in marketing, SaaS, or AI products
- Experience with social media/video tools is a plus
- Prior exposure to customer support / sales / onboarding roles is preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is good to have
