Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end Recruitment/Hiring Processes
- Enhance Employee Onboarding experience
- Maintain Accurate HR Records & Compliance
- Improve Employee Engagement & Retention
- Support Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Drive Performance Management
- Act as a Bridge Between Management and Employees
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and overall employee lifecycle.
- Handle leave, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Address employee issues and support development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR standards.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills for taking first round of interviews
- Navigating HR tools - like Linkedin Jobs, CRM, Chat interface, etc.
- Empathetic with team members concerns and ensuring better work place
- Make Fridays fun by organising engaging team activities
- Help to enhance retention by ensuring people oriented work culture
- Any Bachelor's degree is fine
- Previous experience/internship in HR role is required
