About the Role
We are looking for a foundational UI/UX Designer to join our team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will not just create mockups; you will be the core designer of our product team, working directly with leadership to shape the user experience of our AI marketing platform. Key Responsibilities
- Product Design: Translate complex AI-driven functionalities into simple, intuitive, and elegant user interfaces for our web application.
- End-to-End Execution: Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Web & Growth: Design visually stunning, responsive, and conversion-optimized landing pages and marketing websites.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency across all products.
- User Research: Conduct usability testing to gather insights, validate design decisions, and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing complex web applications, SaaS products, or dashboards is mandatory.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma is required.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- CRO Focus: Proven ability to design responsive pages with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
