About the Role
We are looking for a creative, fast-executing video content creator who can ideate, shoot, and produce engaging content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms. The role focuses on showcasing product features, solving marketing problems, and creating high-performing short-form and long-form video content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and long-form YouTube content
- Ideate content around: Marketing problems & solutions, AI in marketing, Product features & use-cases
- Shoot and edit videos using Intellemo video editor or other tools.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaigns
- Use Intellemo AI to generate and experiment with creatives
- Stay updated with trending formats, hooks, and storytelling styles
- Optimize content for performance (CTR, retention, engagement)
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in content creation / video production
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content trends
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing / ads (bonus)
- Comfortable being on camera (preferred)
- Hands-on with basic video editing tools (Clipchamp, CapCut, etc.)
- Ability to turn ideas into content quickly
- Experience in SaaS / marketing / AI products
- Understanding of hooks, storytelling, and viral content formats
